Paragon is famous for customized tapchangers. Paragon has over 1200 Tapchanger Designs. Paragon’s design team is also responsible for R & D. We truly believe that design is the most important step of product realization. Design stage is the first step of ensuring quality. Designs are made on 3D CAD. Hence making the designs defect free.

Purchase Department is responsible for approving the vendors. Before the vendors are selected paragon ensures that the quality of the vendor is upto the expected standards of Paragon. The main criteria while selecting a vendor is premium quality and not low-cost of materials hence ensuring that Paragon meets or exceeds its Customers quality expectations.

Paragon strongly believes in quality and we do not compromise quality at any stage. Incoming materials are strictly checked continuously. Standard materials are checked randomly for deviation in quality. On-going job inspections are also done by experienced personnel.

Manufacturing Department is headed by Paragon’s experienced personnel. With an experience of more than 25 yrs at Paragon, the senior responsible people in Paragon provide continuous training to the lesser experienced or newly recruited employees. A very efficient manufacturing workforce ensures that the products are delivered in time.

Testing is the last stage of product realization. Paragon’s Tap-changers are Type Tested at ERDA, Vadodara. Regular testing is done at Paragon. There are various tests perfomed at Paragon like contact resistance testing, insulation resistance test, mechanical dimension checks, durability test for tapchangers. On special request third party testing is done in some of our customers premises.
